Job Responsibilities:

• Create plan ideas and produce contract reports dependent on customer needs. 
• Meet with customers to program the venture necessities. 
• Take exact as-constructed estimations for creating floor plans and heights. 
• Make plan ideas and computerized introductions with finish determinations, goods, and installations. 
• Present plan ideas and take definite notes to address client demands.
• Makes project spending plans and keeps up modern documentation, all things considered. 
• Deals with the coordination and coordination of item conveyances and establishment. 
• Furnishes follow-up help with clients.

Required Education/ Qualifications:

• Four year certification in design or related field 
• Interior Design License 
• Involvement in FF&E acquirement and determination 
• Experience dealing with a division of at least 4 plan staff including spending appraisals and venture plans 
• Capable in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Revit 
• Involvement with Business Development and Sales
